Your Coaching Drill: The 90-Minute Discipline Play
This week, I want you to run a drill straight from the Peak Performers Playbook:
- Pick One Priority: What’s the single most important activity that, if executed consistently, will grow your business? (Sales calls, content creation, client follow-ups, system building, etc.)
- Schedule 90 Minutes: Block out a 90-minute session this week—non-negotiable—where you attack this priority with zero distractions. No phone, no email, no “I’ll just check real quick.”
- Repeat 3 Times: Run this play at least three times this week. That’s just 4.5 hours—but done with discipline, it will outproduce 40 hours of scattered effort.

In football, disciplined teams win championships. In business, disciplined leaders build empires. Don’t confuse activity with productivity. Discipline is about doing what matters most, consistently—even when it’s not exciting.
When the season is over, the champions aren’t surprised. They’re simply rewarded for being the most disciplined team in the league.
